SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Deliveries

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong. All local orders are shipped through SF Express, with expected delivery times of 2 - 5 business days following order processing.

Please note that we are not liable for any shipment delays or damage incurred during transit by the courier. If your package is lost, we will do our best to provide support, though missing parcels remain the courier's responsibility, and we cannot issue refunds or send replacement products in these situations.

Should your order arrive with damage, missing items, or errors, please contact us immediately at info@sipnomi.com. We may ask for photos of the affected items and their packaging as documentation.


Refunds & Satisfaction Assurance

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please get in touch at info@sipnomi.com within 30 days of receiving your first NOMI order.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us before sending anything back to ensure we can process your refund correctly. Items returned without prior notification may be difficult for us to track, which could delay your refund or make it impossible to process.

Additionally, if products are shipped to an incorrect address without first obtaining return instructions from us, we cannot be held accountable for refunding or resending those items.

Return eligibility requires:

  • All items from your purchase returned in their original packaging
  • Maximum of 2 stick packs consumed per order. This means: 30-sachet boxes must contain at least 28 sachets; 12-sachet boxes must contain at least 10 sachets.
  • Any free gifts included must be returned unused and unopened

Products returned beyond 30 days from the original purchase date will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We cannot accept returns on opened items after your first order.

This satisfaction guarantee is exclusive to subscription orders and does not cover single purchases.

RETURNS OF SEALED PRODUCTS For a successful return, items must remain in their original packaging with a maximum of 2 sachets used. We reserve the right to refuse returns that fail to meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package reaches our facility. Please send us the tracking details so we can follow your return's progress. Without tracking information, if the return fails to reach our warehouse, we cannot process a refund. Once we receive the unopened items, we will refund the product's purchase price.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER If products come back to us because of an inaccurate or partial address, we are not obligated to reship the order. We may provide a refund for the product value, excluding shipping charges, assuming the items are returned in their original state.

For shipments marked as Undelivered and returned to us, you may qualify for either a replacement or complete refund for your purchased items.

As an alternative, we can reship your order upon payment of an additional delivery charge. Please note this does not apply to Refused Packages.

Replacement or refund requests will not be honored for orders beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

DAMAGED PACKAGES Should any items in your shipment arrive damaged, please reach out to our support team at info@sipnomi.com. We will investigate immediately and, once verified, ship a replacement for the affected product. Replacements require proof that the shipment was received in damaged condition.

We do not accept replacement or refund requests beyond 30 days from the delivery date.


Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations are permitted only after 14 days have passed since placing your first order. This waiting period ensures customers have adequate time to receive and try our product. Following this 14-day window, subscriptions may be canceled. To cancel, simply log into your website account and complete the cancellation steps. The cancellation must be initiated after the 14-day period ends. No additional charges or deliveries will occur after cancellation is processed.
